Board Of Directors

Board of Directors

Operation Grace MN is governed by a board of directors whose backgrounds are essential to the success and integrity of this ministry.  They are responsible for all aspects of our work including programming, provision of dental care, funding, marketing, budget, and administration.

Statement of Faith

We believe the Bible to be the inspired Word of God and the only infallible Rule of Faith & Practice.
We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
We believe in the eternal Deity of our Lord Jesus Christ; in His virgin birth; His substitutionary death on Calvary for our sins; His bodily resurrection from the grave.
We believe in salvation by faith through the shed blood of Jesus Christ.
We believe all men are lost apart from the saving grace of Jesus Christ.
We believe that the true church are those who have accepted Jesus Christ into their lives and have become His disciples.
We believe in the present working and moving of the Holy Spirit in the lives of men and women.
We believe in the instructions of Jesus Christ to care for the hungry, the sick and homeless.

Through God’s grace and John’s involvement all of the above team members became involved as volunteers in the dental ministry of MTI. John has a passion for designing and developing funding for transformational programs to serve people in need and bring glory to God in the process. Thirty-six years of service with The Salvation Army and other faith based not for profit ministries have primarily been focused on building sustainable programs involving volunteers offering their gifts and talents to serve others; and engaging individuals, corporations, foundations, and the health care system to fund those programs.
